our partners

hillside grain flour
We use Hillside Grain flour, an organic, unbleached flour grown here in Idaho for all of our bagels. They're an awesome family owned business using sustainable farming practices. If you start a conversation with someone who knows flour, this flour has quite the reputation and we are proud to make our bread with Hillside Grain.

gaston's bakery and mill
We use Gaston's flour in our airy, fermented dough recipe. Gaston’s Bread flour is made from house-milled hard red spring wheat. The Idaho wheat is grown regeneratively and without the use of pesticides or herbicides. The flour has zero preservatives or additives and makes for the perfect wood-fired bagel.

fiddlers green farm
When in season we get produce (poblanos, tomatoes, onions, scallions etc.) from Fiddlers Green Farm. They are located here in Boise and if you're interested in a farm visit, let us know. You're likely to see Justin dropping off orders and grabbing a bite to eat or talking veggies with vendors, like the Boise Coop or Boise Farmer's Market

high desert milk
In 2025 we made an exciting transition and now source from High Desert Milk for all of our cream cheese. High Desert's sustainability practices (particularly in water and waste) as well as humane animal treatment make us a proud to partner and supporter of Idaho agriculture.
