Good Times Bagels is a bagel shop centered around the unique process of hand rolled, wood fired bagels serving breakfast and lunch, using locally sourced products when possible.
Good Times Bagels was founded by Kale and Ashlee Irwin who fell in love with wood fired bagels as they were falling in love with each other. Many years later after returning to Idaho, Ashlee and Kale saw a need for not only the bagels they love, but a common space where people can feel connected to something bigger. They decided to fire up the the good times here in Boise after being inspired by the hand rolled Montreal style bagels, always boiled in honey water and baked in a wood fired oven.
Oh, and another love- great coffee.
We happen to share the building with our good friends at Form & Function who roast all of their coffee here on onsite. You can't get much fresher than that.
More than just making great bagels, we want our customers to know that their dollar spent is benefiting local farmers and small family owned businesses. Sourcing our products from local farmers and producers as much as possible ensures the success of our local community and provides the freshest ingredients!
