Hand-rolled, honey-boiled, and baked fresh daily
Great bagels take time. We hand-roll every batch, honey-boil the old fashioned way and bake them fresh each day in our wood-fired oven. Our dough slowly ferments for up to 72 hours, developing deeper flavor, better texture, and natural digestibility. Made with 100% Idaho flour and just five simple ingredients—flour, water, salt, yeast, and malt—our vegan dough proves that when you honor the process, every bite speaks for itself.
